Turns out when you live in a state that’s not completely saturated inthe auto industry, you have to jump through a few more hoops to get
your vehicle on the road. Like emissions testing and paying a tax
based on how heavy it is. And THREE different locations to get
license, tested, and registered/tagged. Okay, that last part is super
annoying.
